I’ve been thinking. For 2019 I am going to take bodybuilding seriously. Here’s what I have planned!

1). I will upload regular videos about my weights and my diet.
2). I will GO LIVE on YouTube and Facebook every time I do a workout (which will be every day).
3). Even though I am currently 92kg, I will make every video shirtless — and I don’t care who laughs at me.

This is going to be extremely exciting, heaps of fun — and will attract hundreds of thousands of trolls. I am quite sure of that, lol. However, when I do the live workout videos, I will never talk to the camera or say anything. I will simply turn on the cameras, do the workout and turn the cameras off. Trolls can say what they like. It’s not my problem.

I will make proper talking videos on weekends.

With my diet and eating, I will explain in exact detail what I am eating, how to cook it, how much it cost, and what the nutritional information of each meal is. I’ve actually already done a lot of those kind of videos last year and this year. It’s gonna be heaps of fun. I am going to build a huge audience.

I am really looking forward to it.

Now, I don’t have much time, so I will be working out 30 minutes a day, weekdays, doing compound exercises and 1.5 hours on weekends, doing isolation exercises.

This project will especially be entertaining for people over 40, who want to know how they can build muscle and lose fat. A big part of the reason I have decided to do it this way is because in 1 year, I will have a heap of embarrassing fatty videos — yet still be an embarrassed fatty a year later — OR, I’ll have a heap of fatty videos and look fantastic by the end of the year and give a heap of people some inspiration and motivation.

I am aiming for the latter.

    Stay tuned..
