    I was lying in bed this morning, and I decided..

    I would try eating 100 calories per hour. So, being awake for 16 hours a day, that’s 1600 calories per day. For someone as active as me, I will DEFINITELY (without any doubt whatsoever) lose all my body fat on those calories. Plus I work out most days.

    The idea is, I can eat what I want, but if I add up the calories, I can’t eat for as many hours as there are 100 calories. So if I eat 300 calories, I can’t eat again for 3 hours.

    HOWEVER, the meals have to be very healthy and filling too (or it won’t work). So here’s my very first low calorie, highly nutritious meal. Note: I usually have honey on my cereal, but I swapped it for an apple! 1 Apple has very similar calories to 15g of honey, except it’s MUCH more filling!

    So here’s 45g of All Bran, 1 small Apple and 100ml almond milk — with some cinnamon on top 🙂

    Total calories: 230

    It’s 8am. I’ll be able to eat again in 2 hours and 20 minutes (however, I’ll round it UP (never down) to 30 minute intervals) so: 10:30

    That’s ok it will give me tome to do a workout!

    Note: Plus, I NEVER eat apples. I always mean to, but I never get around to it. This meal will ensure I am eating an apple a day. There are a lot of benefits to eating apples.

    • I also had a cup of tea with 100ml of almond milk, which is only 17 calories. No sugar.
