What do you Eat?

Quick meals that are healthy, affordable to make, as well as containing plenty of protein. These means are great for the single person who needs to make great meals fast.

    I like to make a conscious effort to eat protein with every single meal.

    For example, every meal has to have meat, or at least eggs.

    I can’t just sit down and have a cheesy past knowing that it doesn’t have any protein.

    I’ve pretty much got my diet down pat now, where it doesn’t matter of I am eating breakfast, lunch or dinner, I am getting protein.

    I even put raw eggs in my smoothies! Protein, protein, protein!
