      I would try eating 100 calories per hour. So, being awake for 16 hours a day, that’s 1600 calories per day. For someone as active as me, I will DEFINITELY (without any doubt whatsoever) lose all my body fat on those calories. Plus I work out most days.

    • This is a very quick and easy meal to cook. I am currently trying to eat as few carbs as possible, so I am switching rice for cauliflower. This meal is really delicious. It contains 50 grams of protein. It is extremely filling, and tastes delicious. Very quick to cook too!

      This is an invention of my own. I call it “Indian Rice”.

      I boil rice with vegetables (beans, carrot, corn and peas). While I am waiting for that I mix 2 eggs with a bit of milk and then fry it in a tablespoon of olive oil.

      If you don’t count the 15 minutes you wait for the rice to boil, the actual cooking time for this quick meal takes 5 minutes. The cost is about $2. It’s got heaps of protein.       This group was originally called “Bachelor Meals”, as promoted on PromoterHost and Facebook. However, the meals I make can more accurately be described as bodybuilding meals, because I like to make quick, delicious, affordable meals that are high in protein and also have heaps of vitamins and minerals.
