i want to intoduce myself and firs say thank you for invitations.It could be significant becouse tommorow is solstice
My Name is Pawel.I am living in Poland Warsaw.I am 43 years old.In my lfe i met many spiritual teachers from allmost all traditions.I open for all who guide people to be good people.I am buddhist and i am student from 1992 of one greatest teacher of Tibetan Buddhism >Even he is great teacher he is usual man.Thanks to them i learned to be open for any spirituality what is offering people real vallues.

Whah you've learned a lot about spiritualism huh. Do you do any meditation or some sort? Because I practice them too but Im not a pro...I never really get-to-that-stage if you know what i mean. Anyway my greetings to you and maybe I could learn something new from you Wink

Hello Valkyde.about sorituality is a lot of talk now.people are looking for something mistake what they are doing is thay look outside truth your truth is in you and what is the name it doesnt metter.With meditation you start gradually slowly short session 5 min and rest it is like lean youself who yoou are.Real meditation and real spirituality is your daily and nigtly whe you sleep life.You wake up wash your self eat walk drive car work tlk enjoy you are sad you have thoughts emotion everything is perfect and we dont need anything special.Generally and it is importent meditation should brins you reax body and mind many probleare becoue of tensions when we are relax we dont must is easy to find solution

Sress is difficoult big problem i that modern sociaty.If you can make simple madittion start 5 min sit down relax and just count brething exhele one inhele two and when you go sllep that is really a lot.In work if you can take glass of water try concantade on ggod fillings love pleseure friendship and keep glass of water for whle wth this fillings that simple way to bless wate and food or make short prayer from heart no words even
